The Origin

Why We Built 99Warehousing

In 2019, co-founders Neeraj Agarwal and Priya Krishnamurthy were negotiating an 80,000 sq ft lease for Neeraj's FMCG distribution company in Bhiwandi. Despite months of search, they couldn't find a single reliable source of verified industrial listings with transparent per-sq-ft pricing.

Every broker quoted different rates for the same property. Floor plans were approximate. Structural certifications were photocopies of photocopies. The entire process was opaque, time-consuming, and expensive.

They built 99Warehousing to fix exactly that — starting with Mumbai, expanding to 48 cities, and today operating India's only industrial-first, verification-first real estate marketplace.
