1. Information we collect
- Account details — name, email, mobile number, and company name when you register.
- Listing details — the property information you submit, including location and pricing.
- Enquiries — the contents of messages you send through the platform.
- Usage data — pages viewed and searches run, used to improve the product.
If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We never receive your Google password.
2. How we use it
To operate your account, publish and moderate listings, pass enquiries to the relevant owner or agency, and send service messages. We do not sell your personal data.
3. When we share it
When you send an enquiry, the details you provide are shared with the listing owner or their agency so they can reply. We also use service providers for hosting, email delivery, and image storage, who process data only on our instructions.
4. Storage and security
Data is held on managed cloud infrastructure. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes and are never readable by staff. Access to production data is limited to personnel who need it.
5. Your rights
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete your account and associated data.
- Withdraw consent for marketing messages at any time.
