You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your password secure. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Every listing is submitted by a property owner or their appointed agency and is reviewed by 99Warehousing before it is published. Review is a check for plausibility and completeness — it is not a survey, valuation, or title verification, and it does not make 99Warehousing a party to any transaction.
You must have the right to market any property you submit, and the details you provide must be accurate. Listings found to be misleading will be removed.
Browsing and enquiring are free for buyers and tenants. Where listing or subscription fees apply, they will be stated clearly before you commit, and any brokerage arrangement remains between you and the counterparty.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 99Warehousing does not warrant that any listing is accurate, available, or suitable for your purpose. You should carry out your own due diligence, including physical inspection and title verification, before entering into any agreement.
